WHAT IS ABACUS

Mental arithmetic system it a modem Concept of as ancient art of mental maths and is perfect solution for your child’s total brain development.

All this is done with the help of ancient tool – “ABACUS”. Abacus is a wooden tool with beads and rods that is used to do the basic arithmetic calculation such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

WHY ABACUS MENTAL MATHS IS IMPORTANT?

Children learn to do calculations on Abacus. After few weeks of practice, they become able to form the image of Abacus within their mind, and do very fast calculation while visualizing the image of Abacus without any help of paper and pen. It save here time and lot of rough work.

ACTIVATION OF RIGHT BRAIN

Our brain is divided into two parts, right side and left side. As most of us use right hand and thus more activities are done by the right hand leading to more activation of the brain cells, leaving, the less activation of the right brain cells. In this program children are trained to their right brain actively. Both the part of the brain is cross connected to our hands. When we use right hand, our left brain is activated. Both the hands are used for abacus practice thus the whole brain is activated along the enhancing the mental math skills of the child. Scientific research reveals that a very small percentage of people use their right brain and those who use it, are bound to reach the top.

CURRICULUM DETAIL

Course it divided into 8 levels (1-4 are Base Leven, 5 & 6 are higher. 7 & 8 are Advanced levels).
All course material will be provided by the center.
Each level is of 3 month.
Duration of classes is 2 hours in a week.
Classes conducted once in a week.
Student-teacher’s ratio 15:1.
It is very important not to miss any class and also do the home work properly and practice at home for 10 to 15 minutes each day.

Time Duration of the course may very due to

Age of the child.
Grasping level of the child.
Child is regular to the class or not.
Duration of classes is 2 hours in a week.
Child does H.W. regularly or not etc.
